Insights & Ease of Use

In addition to the products themselves, I designed two internal dashboards that offered insights into customer-use of BillGO’s APIs. These dashboards were also used by partner banks and their customer support teams.

 

I was tasked with creating internal dashboards in conjunction with BillGO’s API product. These dashboards were to be used internally and by partner’s customer support teams.

As such, I worked with BillGO’s own support team to design out a dashboard that focused on presenting new information from left-to-right, with commonly used functionality placed to maximize speed of use.

 

Because the dashboard was to be used by a myriad of teams including Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support, it was important that it be designed in a modular fashion.

I was lucky to work very closely with the engineering team to make this dashboard - which had long been a dream of many employees - a reality.

Most importantly, partners and their support teams were extremely pleased with the final dashboard.
